                             RESOLUTION NO.   19982 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT
                   OF TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE
                   INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
                   INTERSECTION OF BRAINERD ROAD AND THE FOOD
                   LION EAST DRIVEWAY.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Agreement with the Tennessee Department of Transportation 
relative
       to the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of
       Brainerd Road and the Food Lion east driveway.
